How they are affecting the USA

Saturn Retrograde: Saturn is in the 6th house which has to due with health, work and service to others. Hopefully this will mean congress getting back to work and working on health insurance for all the people in the US.

Saturn helps push us, to confront unfinished business and to have a more realistic approach to goals. To help gain solid foundations for the future.

Maybe the 1st or 2nd week of November congress will be getting back to work.

Neptune Retrograde: Neptune is also in the 6th House and Neptune being retrograde will strip away the fog or false beliefs about work, health and daily routines. Neptune will help honestly to come through and illusion/deception to be seen more clearly. Neptune here gives a deeper self-awareness and will help with creative breakthroughs. There is a need to set boundaries and a need to find a way to align more with the values of the USA.

US needs to be honest as to what is working and want isn't, to not be afraid to make those changes even if scary and challenging.

Uranus: This is a time of tranformation in the 8H. Uranus is going to impact the US finances, joint ventures and overall relationships with money and security. Uranus wants USA to focus inward and look at these things as a whole and how the solutions can help everyone. I think Uranus is saying this very loudly.

This likely will lead to sudden changes or breakthroughs in these areas as well. Especially with USA partnerships and finances. Conflicts and urge for freedom are going to be felt but this will help everyone to confront their fears and to help make shifts in the country.

This is a good time to define what true stability means to you for the USA, what you want and expect from/for the country and make this known to your leaders in congress.
