Neptune and Saturn Dancing with Chiron Joining

Have you been feeling an unusual surge of energy lately; at times leaving you irritable, anxious, or wondering if what’s happening around you feels surreal, almost dreamlike? You’re not imagining it. There is a great deal unfolding in the skies above us, and February the energy intensifies even more. Many astrologers, and I count myself among them, believe we are living through a major turning point in time, not just for one nation, but for the world.

Yes, the United States is undergoing profound changes, and many of those shifts are rippling outward, affecting the global collective. This raises an important question: how will we choose to see ourselves and conduct our lives as we move forward on this beautiful planet Earth? The answer is simple, though not easy; it is up to us, the people. The universe is offering powerful energy to help us become better, to do better.   Are we, as a human race, ready for the task? I truly believe we are and that we are being supported by universal forces along the way.

On February 15, 2026, Saturn and Neptune will come together in the sign of Aries. These two planets will remain in this fiery sign together for approximately two and a half years. What does this mean?  Read on, I’m happy to explain.

A brief historical note first. The last time Saturn and Neptune were both in Aries was in 1702. This period marked intense colonial struggles in North America, with France, Britain, and Spain fighting for territory, often alongside Indigenous allies on all sides. That same year, King William III died, Queen Anne ascended the throne, and the War of Spanish Succession, also known as Queen Anne’s War began and a comet (C/1702) passed close to Earth.  As the saying goes, history doesn’t repeat itself, but it does rhyme and that is why this past alignment matters. I’ll tie this together as we move forward.

Returning to 2026, Saturn and Neptune will be exact at 0° Aries from February 15 through February 23, 2026. During this window, we are likely to feel their combined energy most strongly, though it will not disappear after this date. This influence remains active until April 2028, when Saturn moves into Taurus.

So what energy are Saturn and Neptune bringing to the us? Saturn represents structure, discipline, responsibility, and action. Being in the sign of Aries, Saturn urges us to focus on self-reliance, courage, and confronting our fears. It asks us to build solid foundations, take responsibility for our actions, and establish healthy boundaries. Aries is the sign of new beginnings, boldness, and standing up for what you believe in. With Saturn here, we are challenged to examine leadership, both external and internal, and to question whether those in power still align with our values.

Neptune, on the other hand, brings the collective into focus. She invites everyone to the table. Neptune is visionary, spiritual, imaginative, and idealistic. In Aries, this energy becomes personal and action-oriented, inspiring individual courage in service of humanity as a whole. Together, Saturn and Neptune point toward visionary leadership, spiritual activism, and creative rebellion. This is a time of radical shifts in ideals—a chance to redefine what freedom and individuality truly mean, both personally and collectively.

Of course, we always have free will. It is up to us whether we work with the higher expression of this energy or slip into its shadow.

Neptune in Aries can be impulsive, conflict-driven, or overly idealistic, leading to burnout or blurred boundaries. Saturn, at his worst, can become overly harsh, critical, or even authoritarian. But these planets can also balance one another; Saturn provides grounding and structure, while Neptune softens Saturn’s edges with compassion and vision. Together, they encourage healing old wounds, correcting mistakes, and learning when to hold firm and when to let go.

Chrion is also stepping into this dance. Chiron is the wounded healer and one of the reasons I believe the United States will emerge from the turbulence of the past decade stronger than before. Though technically an asteroid, Chiron’s influence is profound.  In the USA natal chart (dated July 4, 1776), Chiron sits at 20° Aries. Currently, transiting Chiron is moving through this same degree, where it has hovered since April 2024 and will remain close until April 2026. Chiron stays in Aries until May 2027, though its influence will gradually soften.

Chiron’s energy is about healing, growth, and reclaiming personal power. He asks us to face old wounds, those inflicted by ourselves or others and to transform them into wisdom and strength. Chiron in Aries is a pioneering spirit, calling us to authenticity, self-love, and self-trust. He encourages us to become the hero of our own lives, to express anger constructively, and to confront feelings of not belonging or not being “enough.” Ultimately, Chiron asks us to rise, to do better and be better.

Historically, the last Saturn–Neptune meeting in Aries coincided with territorial conflicts, global shifts and even a close-passing comet, much like the recent interest surrounding Comet 3I/Altas and US President wanting to take over Greenland. These echoes remind us that we are currently rhyming history.

To bring all this energy together: Saturn gives us the discipline to act and build new foundations. Neptune offers visions of a better world, innovation, and inclusive identity. Chiron provides the courage to heal, to change what is broken, and to assert our authentic selves with love and integrity. This is all happening in Aries

giving us the courage and strength. Together, these forces support the possibility of a more compassionate, conscious, and empowered humanity.

This is why I believe we will make it through this period of profound change. Over the last decade, we have been pushed, sometimes uncomfortably, toward transformation. Some have felt this more intensely than others, but 2026 marks a point where change can no longer be ignored. Will it be easy? No. But can we create a better world for everyone? Absolutely yes. This astrology is calling us to do just that; to be better, to love more deeply, and to allow each person to be fully themselves with respect, compassion, and acceptance of everyone.

Freewill remains ours. We choose the light or the shadow as to what our futures will be.

Note:  We currently have alot of planets in Aquarius that are helping us as a collective to join together and make a better earth for everyone.  Will discuss that next time.
